Tale of the Dragon Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
•2 oz Tale of the Dragon whiskey
•¼ oz simple syrup (or 1 sugar cube)
•2–3 dashes Angostura bitters
•Orange peel

Instructions: Add Tale of the Dragon whiskey, simple syrup, and bitters to a rocks glass with ice. Stir for about 20 seconds.

Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.

Island Route Punch

Ingredients:
• 2 oz La Rumorosa tequila
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• ½ oz lime juice
• ½ oz orange liqueur
• Splash of sparkling water
• Ice
• Orange wheel and lime wheel garnish

Instructions: Add La Rumorosa tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, and orange liqueur to a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with a splash of sparkling water.

Garnish with an orange wheel and lime wheel.

Destination Spritz

Ingredients:
• 2 oz Mergel & Route gin
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• 3 oz sparkling water or tonic
• Ice
• Cucumber slices
• Rosemary sprig
• Lemon wheel
• Lavender sprig (optional)

Instructions: Fill a wine glass with ice. Add Mergel & Route gin and lemon juice. Top with sparkling water or tonic. Stir gently.

Garnish with cucumber, rosemary, lemon, and lavender.

Six Roads Whiskey

Ingredients:
• 2 oz Buck Tail Trail whiskey
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• Optional egg white for a silky foam top
• Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel

Instructions: Add Buck Tail Trail whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 10–15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with a lemon wheel or cherry.

Grand Tour Cherry Gin Sour

Ingredients:
• 2 oz Mergel & Route gin
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ¾ oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white (optional)
• ½ oz cherry syrup float
• Cherry garnish

Instructions: Add Mergel & Route gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) to a shaker. Shake well with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Slowly pour the cherry syrup on top.

Garnish with a cherry and serve.

Grand Tour Mule

Ingredients:
• 2 oz Twisted Sisters whiskey
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• 4 oz premium ginger beer
• Ice
• Lime wheel and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions: Fill a mule mug or rocks glass with ice. Pour in Twisted Sisters whiskey and fresh lime juice. Top with ginger beer. Stir gently.

Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint
sprig.
